I clicked on this topic and this is what happened. This has been happening frequently lately.
It seems to be in topics that have images in them. Could this be a forum glitch or something
at my end? If I back out and go back to the topic, it opens normally.

Bartman, it looks like a problem with your browser's rendering engine. It could be interference from an add-on or some other software conflict. It could be a lot of things.

Which browser are you using?

Nothing there suggests any problems to me. Try all of the "usual" troubleshooting steps for IE -- run the No Add-ons version, reset IE settings, and so on.

You said this is happening lately, so it was not happening before? Any idea of a timeframe when it started glitching?

Bart, I was able to reproduce this error with IE7 running under XP Pro SP3, but *not* with IE7 on Vista SP2. IE8 in Windows 7 renders the page properly, even in compatibility mode.

However, after seeing the problem that one time, now it won't repeat on that thread even if I delete all browsing history, cookies and such. So, I tried another thread with graphics and it did come up with the text and graphics overlayed but then, while I was watching it, the page refreshed and corrected the graphics.

This one is pretty bizarre.

Yeah. Sarah, LH and another member experienced the same error.
I'll just use Firefox. It works better for my modding duties. :)

It looks like it is one of those things, I have had problems with Facebook and Firefox, but I just get on with it, to be honest it is not a bigger problem as your image above Bartman. I love looking at the image above, very intresting seeing everything from a Moderators point of view, very scarey, lol.

I don't normally use IE, but whilst it initially came up with those problems, a couple of seconds later it corrected itself.
So it could be as much down to your system as to how long it takes to render properly.
It may be happening in FF and other browsers too, but they correct it quicker than you can see.
