What is the Best Video Card I can get with This Spec ? (see Thread)

Alright, So basically I have a Few years old Computer that i'm using for a while now, The Problematic is the Video card:
The one and only Nvidia MSI 9500GS (Equivalent to a 8600, or 8800), Wich doesnt work for shit anymore on any game (Arma2, Gta IV, Crysis 2) i have to run them at 1024x768 on lower and it laggs.

So My Question is : What Best Video Card I can get with my current Spec, considering i just want to put money on a card, and no other piece.
My Power Supply is only 350 Watt, Wich really annoys me, i know i can' run anything good with this. But can I at least Get some 1gb video card that can run bf3.
Motherboard : PEGATRON CORPORATION Benicia (i have no more clue than you, it Comes with a old HP Pavillion i bought at Futureshop.
CPU: Intel core Quad Q8200 (2.33ghz)
Actual GPU: Nvidia MSI 9500GS
RAM: 4Gb DDR2 400mhz
OS: Vista Home Premium 64Bit SP2

miwyi, I run a Radeon HD 6670 on a 350 watt psu but check here, you can check specs. or compare cards. http://www.hwcompare.com/

Thanks but my card isnt in this, and it's pretty unique and noisy ... Goodluck to find this shit, and Im not even sure there is considerable Changes between this card and the ati ?

Hopefully I wanted to run Something like A '' Zotac 9800GT Eco 1gb '' But I can't find this anywhere aswell.

Thanks For the links, Ill look At few of them, But can i run a 400watt minimum power video card on a 350watt power supply i know they say to not but would it work ?

Im not sure it's even compatible with the motherboard ?
That would Be great though
And I have a medium tower (Hp Pavilion A6560T Case), not sure the card would fit in
