you should do a scan

This entry should be removed from registry (windows key + R) and type regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce\\SMRequiresRestart

use rouge fix (it should be able to fix that registry key)
You need to save it (file save as it should be saved as .bat )

, AV soft you have , SAS and see do you find anything?

Also turn off system monitoring on all drive after cleaning this infection and turn it on again ('cause if you use system restore and if you restore it in that time in which this entry existed then it will be revived aswell 'cause it will use the old registry)
I believe you can do this by rstrui.exe (in run)

can you do a system restore to before this started? Do you remember when it started and what if any Software you might have installed around the same time?
