I dicovered this item and a KBD device and do know if I should disable them at start-up?

dmxlauncher.exe is a process belonging to Dell's Media Experience, a multimedia suite which offers the user functionality to organize and play music and digital video files. "This program is a non-essential process, but should not be terminated unless suspected to be causing problems.\r"
