Does anyone know what happened to the bounty program?

Sorry, I forgot to respond.

The bounty program had a number of logistical problems that made me put it on hold... first, it was starting to cost me a lot of money and I couldn't afford it... I thought about accepting donations from other people towards the bounties, but then I needed some type of third party to hold onto the money for me, and I couldn't find anybody that does that AND accepts paypal.

Since I've just been otherwise too busy to deal with the matter, I figured I would put it on hold for the time being.
