When I open Office 2010 Outlook calendar (month view) I see several past weeks and more weeks than I need.
How can I fix it to open viewing the current week on top and only four future weeks?
I am not interested in past weeks.
thanks ... sixcard
Highlight the exact dates in the Navigation Pane to the left.
I don't understand your reply. What is to NAV pane to the left? Once I highlight, what will happen?
I want a default view of four weeks with the current week on top.
six; right click on the calendar pane, click options as shown below;
Select 1 month view, OK.
Does that help?
@Mike, that's for the To-Do Bar exclusively.
You can actually highlight any amount of time you'd like,
see up to 5 weeks beginning any time, including this week.
Wasn't quite what I wanted but will improve what I had.
