If you Google " .com domain name for free " you'll find a variety of options. No idea how good they are though.

I use this for a few site, ONE.COM
has its own templates and software, 1st year free (£10.35 set up fee) you can choose your own domain: .co.uk. .com, .biz etc. You can upgrade anytime.
