Not sure if I've picked the right website to post this but I was wondering if there are any good programs to covert WAV files to MIDI 'good'. I'm not talking about one sound but like a song which would have multiple instruments.

A simple google search turned this up: http://www.pluto.dti.ne.jp/~araki/amazingmidi/

However, I think you'll have trouble finding a good way to convert WAV to MIDI. The reason is that MIDI is not actually a music file. MIDI is a set of instructions for what instruments should be played; the actual sounds of the music comes from the computer or musical device, like a keyboard. So in order to convert WAV to MIDI, the program would have to be able to pick out different instruments in the audio and convert them into 'instructions.' I hope I didn't make that too confusing. =)
