They are working on it

Thanks whs. I want to do a full write-up there, but the edit box won't let me
And I would think those guys at VistaGlazz will have sorted it in a few days, they're good

What's wrong with the "edit box" - I assume you mean the "reply box". For longer essays I usually write it up in a word document (guess you could use a Notepad too) and then I paste it into the Reply Box.
