Want Feedback On Computer Loadout

So, I've been dealing the past four years with Dells, and have finally gotten tired of their short-life, low-grade machines.
I've been planning to build a new box with these specs:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 2.33GHz 4MB L2 Cache LGA 775 95W Quad-Core Processor
GIGABYTE GA-EP45C-UD3R LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard
mushkin 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory
SAPPHIRE 100265L Radeon HD 4830 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card
Rosewill RP600V2-S-SL 600W ATX12V v2.01 SLI Ready Power Supply
and a run of the mill no-power supply case.

Already have monitor and peripherals.

Total cost: about $605 USD.

So... is this a good idea or did I miss something?

How about some disks? Will be hard to run the OS from thin air. LOL Or is that part of the "peripherals" you already have?

Yeah. Disks, mice, tablet, printers, monitors, have it all. I just need a processor/motherboard setup.
