Yes, but I don't want it to do any task. Does it only wake up from sleep mode or does it work with hibernate mode? Can I set the sleep timeout to 0, becaue I don't want it to go to sleep again.

Now I'm confused. Why do you want to wake it, if you don't want it to do something ?

Hi kake. Wouldn't it be good if your computer awakes, and then wakes you up? Try these links. Might be helpful...

Do I have to leave the computer running normally or can I put it into sllep mode when I use the alarms?

Try sleep mode. If it works, great. If it doesn't, then the idea by LH is very appropriate- Task Scheduler.
Schedule it to run WMP (or a specific playlist) at 9am in the morning. Simple alarm click :)

P.S. Check your BIOS. Sometimes the bios has an option of auto wake up.
