(Solved) - W7 Update Issue

I had to get rid of the windows updates today.
I kept getting this click to start your browser balloon,
It would reappear about once every 90 seconds or so.

Any one else end up with this glitch??

Here are the updates I had then got rid of.

Maybe download the updates one at time and reboot after each installs.

Resolution found here:

This involves a change in a registry key. Don't do this if you are not familiar with such changes. Always backup your registry first.

Open regedit and navigate as follows:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\NlaSvc\Parameters\Internet

Double-click on EnableActiveProbing

Change value to 0.

Seems that this is the culprit.
Update KB2750841
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2750841

Open dns users are the ones affected and this option
is the reason
"Enabled NX Domain Redirection" option. disable that option.
I did not want to change the registry on all my computers
so I changed this option at OPEN DNS..
Once disabled the problem is no longer .

That's weird. I don't use Open DNS. I do however, use google dns dervers. I only got the balloons on my desktop and not my laptop, Both were connected via ethernet.
