Voipbuster CODE:21 Error

Hi Guys, im having problems with Voipbuster, i have a bluetooth dongle in my computer and a bluetooth headset, the logitech freedom.
Now the strange thing is that this devices were working, so i was able to use them.
Now i can not. The bluetooth works, and the dongle too.
The problem is with the programm Voipbuster, and maybe an update from Vista that i could have downloaded.
now, when i try to call it says this call failed due to sounddevice problems on this computer.
I seriously dont know what to do i already switch the programm to XP compatibility modus but it still doesnt work.
hope someone had the same problem and solved it already, i have a Vista 32 Home Premium OS.

Right click on the speaker icon next to the clock in the system tray > Click "Playback Devices" > double click on "Speakers" > click on "Properties" > See whether it says "This device is working properly" - if not > click on "Driver" button > Update driver.
