(Solved) - VLC audio?

I don't know of a way to directly insert it. But you can record the sound and then insert the recorded sound file into a Word doc.
Any help ?

Edit. But surely you already have the file, if you are playing it on VLC.
And is it an audio, or video file ?

If you use Format Factory ( http://www.formatoz.com/ ), you can convert the video file to an audio file (many different file types).
