for these forums (others its different) ...
the .gif shouldnt be more than 50px wide or high.
so as long as its 50px or under 50px wide / high it'll animate.

you're welcome ...
that was strictly paint.net to select the area of the eyes and play with the saturation of the colors > save to gif (5 frames) + microsoft gif animator to compile the gif. as well as set the duration of the frames and all that stuff.

you can have some fun with it.
if you prefer one color over the other and rather have just the red or just the green....
insert into microsoft gif animator and delete the frames you dont want. make sure to copy the original just in case.
