Vista's memory diagnostics tool

I would be grateful, if I could know how to stop the memory diagnostics tool. After, I start using it, it always runs every times I open my computer.

You should check to see that you have no DVD / CD in your drive at startup and also, there should be an option to cancel within x seconds.
