Recommended: Clean Your Mac the Easy Way with CleanMyMac 3

If you want to clean up your Mac the easy way, CleanMyMac is a great tool to get the job done easily, and it will even keep your computer clean automatically.

Unlike the competition, it also includes great tools like a Clean Uninstaller, to get rid of applications and clean up the junk that they leave behind. All with the click of a button.

I have a Gateway Desktop with Windows Vista OS. I bought a Seagate 1T External Hard Disk with Seagate Dashboard OS Loaded on it. When the software starts to download the Windows Installer pops up & says,"Installing" but nothing further happens. I click cancel & it says,"Cancelling" but nothing happens. If I bring up Task Manager & try to close the Windows Installer program it eventually gives the message that the program is not responding. How do I get around this problem? Thanks, Equiman
