Vista UAC Serious Issue

I got new laptop w/Vista (newbie) and set up two accounts with Admin. account type. After going thru initial setup, both account now logs in as Std user (token 1 as I understand). Now it's keep asking the Administrator password under the UAC box but there is not place to type the password. The "OK" button below is grayed out. I am litterally locked as a Standard user. Any help will be greatly appreciated. It's my daughter's laptop and school starts soon. Help!!!!!!!

My advice would be to use the system restore feature to try and get it back to normal.
