I have Vista Home Premium SP 1. According to what I have read about the SP2 for Vista - it
includes all of the Security Updates for Vista. I always have installed the Security updates as
soon as they are issued.
If I install SP 2 - would I end up with a second copy of the already installed Security updates
- or - would they be re-installed over the existing updates??

Apart from this - is it still advisable to install SP 2 - at this time or should I wait?? My
computer is only for my personal use ie surfing the web, e-mail, Hulu and PC ganes.

Thank you for all of your help.

On your first point you need not worry. You will not end up with duplicates. On your second point it's hard to advise you correctly. SP2 seem to bring more stability to the system (at least that is what I observed), but there is little more function. If you do not install it, you may get problems with future updates - not sure though as of when.

I would hang on for a bit longer. There is no major problem with it, but there does seem to be some little niggely one's.
