I recently bought a new laptop with the following specs:

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T7500 @2.2Ghz
Memory: 2046mb
Graphics: Nvidia Geforce 8400m GS
Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family

I was wondering if its a good idea to just disable the pagefile function, since i never use all of my 2 GB of ram anyways.

Thanks

No it is not, because when you have more memory the system will utilize all the available memory.
