The command for the onscreen keyboard is,
C:\Windows\System32\osk.exe

See if it works.

Is it a full Vista installation disk you have, or a Recovery disk ?

I am reloading everything. I quit trying/ thanks for all the help. I think I got a virus from the important security updates that were installed. that is when I started having problems and I went to delete it and it said it could not be deleted.
