(2 posts)This usually happens if you have the previous version of the application that you are trying to install. Try the steps given below.
Go to Start > All programs > Accessories > Right click on Command and click on "Run as administrator".
At the command prompt type as given below.
setx appdata "C:\Users\your computer login name\AppData\Roaming" and press the enter key and type exit. Log off from your user account and try to install the application.
