I am using an AirPort Express to extend the wireless range of a Cisco E1200 router. The person I am helping is using an iPad as the wireless device. I cannot get the Airport Utility on the iPad to see the Express. I have the green light on the Express and it is connected to the Cisco via Cat5. The Cisco is running through a Windows PC. Do I need to install the Airport utility on the PC to configure?
