How can use any port on chrome to browsing or download a file....actually I want to use port 53 to browse or download.....like we can change the port for incoming connections on utorrent for downloading or just one port for all incoming connections for my computer!!!!

don't worry i not asking anything about ʯtorrent and not for any illegal purpose but what i m asking is that it is possible to use one port like 53 to surf the web using web browser like the software ʯtorrent allow you to change the ports because web browser use port 80/8080 to connect the internet but i want to use only port 53 and all tcp/udp data must go through this port 53.....is it possible....pls help me!!!!!!!!!!
