I was given a goophone I5s but cant connect to P.C.because win 7 does not recognise device. The phone a android operating system and cant think of updating if I cant connet to P.C. any advice would be welcome

Did you look on the manufacturer site of the phone for a driver. Else, check with the guys of the Android forum. Maybe they have an idea. http://androidforums.com/
