expert told me that the best way to download an application is by using torrent.

I would like to upload an application (2 Gb) to an online-backup-site (I 7 zip it to a folder).
If one day I would like to download it, will it pose me a problem? because it happen to me a lot that when I am downloading
a big zip file, it eventually downloaded as a 'break file'.

If you use Skydrive as your upload site, you can upload anything. I usually just put things into a normal .zip folder. The download permission can be private, public or password protected.

There are very few sites that have the ability to let you download applications by torrent. Legal software that is. But for things like Linux .iso's, it's ideal.
