Updating Ubuntu 6.06 to 7.04 using DVD

My computer currently runs Ubuntu 6.06. I have a complete Ubuntu 7.04 distribution in DVD. How to upgrade without using the entire upgradation from Internet, but using the DVD ?

Normally you can just stick the dvd in the drive, and it will autorun and give you an upgrade wizard.

If not, you can set your software sources to cd only, and then run update manager.
