That depends; What software did you use to create your backup image?
The backup imaging software we recommend most here on HTG is Macrium Reflect_Free.

What I do is create a new Image every month after running Windows and Application updates, that way you won't have to install to many updates, normally I have 2 Images and when I create a new one I delete the oldest. So if there an issue with the latest Image I always have another one to fall back on.
That's just me!!
boeta, which OS are you using, 32 bit or 64 bit?
This is the Macrium rescue disk ISO for 64 bit OS... http://dl.dropbox.com/u/327277....._64bit.iso
This one is for 32 bit OS.... http://dl.dropbox.com/u/327277....._32bit.iso

OK, then all you have to do is download and burn this ( Macrium rescue disk ISO for 64 bit OS... ) to a blank cd/dvd and you have your Macrium rescue disk, compliments of htg member whs who created and uploaded it so we other htg members wouldn't have to download that ridiculouly HUGE 1.7gb WAIK file.
Use this to burn the image to disk. http://www.filehippo.com/download_imgburn/

Edit: Changed your link so it is not a direct download which is not allowed. -- GModX
