Hi,

A mysterious folder has just appeared in my E drive (partition where I save my music, games, videos, etc).

Name of folder is: 5a4eec463e8cc5298aa0d9 - this folder is also locked - size 0bytes

I have also recently found some malware which I removed using malwarebytes and emisoft anti-malware so not sure if they are both related.

Any ideas what I should do with the folder?

It's most likely a temp folder created by Windows Update. If you can't delete it try downloading Unlocker.

Or if it's really 0 space, Fa-Git-a-Bot-it.

cas34, you can also install "take ownership" then try to delete it.
