It's no big deal, just partly a joke. ^_^

If you go to Start and type in MSCONFIG in Start Search then hit Enter, the System Configuration window will come up. If you go to the Startup tab you can see what is loading up. Is there any toolbar in there listed? Anything for Cyber Defender?

Use this link for reference if my instructions are unclear: http://www.netsquirrel.com/msc.....vista.html

Mary, JonMCC is right. Caps are really hard to read. If you have a hard time dealing with msconfig (I always find it hard to read - even harder than caps), you can also use "Software Explorer". That may be easier to deal with. Here is how you get to it: Type DEF into the Start/Search > click on "Windows Defender" above > on top of the Defender window click on "Tools" > Click "Software Explorer". Once you have the Software Explorer window, maximise it so that you can see things. Then move the cursor on the line dividing the left pane and the right pane until you get a double arrow - then move this line to the middle. Now you can work. If you see anything as described by JonMCC, you click on it to highlight, then you can click "Disable" on the bottom right. Note: I would not use "Remove" because should you make a mistake, it's more work to fix.
