I am in middle of doing an essay and have leaned on something and its locked it and now wont allow me to type in it and wont even let me resave it or give me any options how can i undo the lock

Hi welcome to HTG..
Maybe you could give a bit more info.
Computer/laptop...make... model etc

Assume you have checked that any extra lights on the keyboard.i.e Number lock , Cap locks, Scr lock etc. If they are lit could be just a question of unlocking.
