There's no way to unblock websense. You can get around it through various proxies... but you should know that websense is smart enough to detect when somebody is using a proxy, which actually puts you to the top of the offender list in their alerts. (at least at my company it does)

What you should really consider is finding a job where they don't block you.

The Geek is correct you cannot stop websense from blocking your sites. However there are various ways to circumvent the filter. I admin websense where I work.

One trick is to use Google Cached pages to see the information on your site. It is not fully functional but you can read the text.

I would have to agree with Scott though, covering "dark tips" like that are not in this sites best interests.
