In Outlook, I can't send or receive a message with different file types such as .exe. How can I make it so Outlook will allow me to send/recieve these messages?

You can use a free utility called OutlookTools to do this.

But I would not recommend that you unblock these files... you'll be opening yourself up for viruses. Better to just zip the files and send them that way. It's not difficult, and it will cut down on the size of the files so emailing will be quicker.
