Unable to open windows 8 App store :(

Hi Guys,

Its anik here seeking for ur help regarding windows 8 app store...Let me describe it in short.

Few days ago I was happily downloading apps n games from win 8 app store from my win 8 desktop. Suddenly it started to show this following error massage,
''There is a problem in windows store, Refreshing ur pc might solve this problem''

I can go to the game store but I can't go to the app store...whats the problem here????

plz help me return back my app store...

thnx Gedstar for the response...
the problem is refreshing my pc results lose of all the installed 3rd party apps, drivers, browsers etc. IS there any way I can get a solve without refreshing???

What Antivirus do you have?
I know that GDATA (even 2013) HTTP protection prevents Windows 8 app store + 'Metro' apps to work. Disabling HTTP protection will fix this.
