Hi all,

I am having problems connecting my windows mobile to my computer. When I connect my phone the 'Microsoft Windows Mobile Remote Adapter' does not install (it has an error symbol next to it).

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but this has not helped. The windows mobile trouble shooting page, said to reinstall the 'Microsoft Windows Mobile Remote Adapter' driver and another driver, the "Microsoft USB Sync" under the "Mobile Devices" node. However, the USB sync driver is not present.

I am running windows 7 professional 64 bit, which has been activated.

Before I brought my windows phone I was having problems with connecting my iPhone, so I think there maybe a deeper problem than just the windows mobile drivers, but I dont know where to start on solving the problem(s).

Your help would be greatly appreciated,

Matt
