(Solved) - Ubuntu - Problems with download

Hi guys, i'm use Ubuntu 12.04, but i have a problems when i download anything, i can't surfing the internet when i'm downloading anything, my browser lock and my Pidgin go out always when the download start. anyone may i help me ?

1. What browser are you using?

2. Does your ISP place any bandwidth limits on you?

3. Does this happen even if the download is small?

4. Do you have Pidgin starting up with the OS?

5. Are you trying to send IM's while you're downloading?

6. What happens if you close Pidgin BEFORE you start the download?

7. How are you connecting to the Internet . . . ADSL/Router/Modem/Cable, what?

8. Are you using a proxy?

9. Why have you indicated this was "solved" in the title?

10. If you solved this, what was the solution?
