Ubuntu download physical locatio in my HD

Dear All
I am installed Ubuntu to my NB, with windows 7 pro 64-bit, and then I installed some files to Ubuntu download folder, I would like to reach these files from windows 7 operating system but I do not where is these files location without restart the computer and choose Ubuntu OS.?

If I remember correctly, Windows cannot see Linux partitions but Linux can see Windows Partitions.

One approach would be to use a USB stick formatted in Fat32 or NTFS and place the files there. Both Ubuntu and Windows can process that.
