I have a problem typing emails or on browser search on a windows vista new dell studio laptop. Dell tech came and replaced motherboard and I still have problems with type overlapping or delaying. It is driving me crazy. I have tried to adjust the settings in the control panel (repeat delay and rate settings) to no avail. Any suggestions as to what the problem might be?
