In my W7, I cannot type in what I want under the 'date' tab. It says on the How to Geek information blog that I can. Any ideas? I have the 64 bit version.

Thanks!

When you open the 'date' tab, do you see that Short Date is highlighted in the Date Formats box? That is where you can change the settings, & "Reset" returns everything to default. The only way to see the day of the week, then, is to uncheck "Use Small Icons" in Taskbar & Start Menu properties. Otherwise, you must raise the taskbar to double height.
