Tweak VI Vista Start-Up

I installed Tweak VI for Vista on my laptop, everytime I start Vista blocks Tweak VI from starting up automatically (blocked start-up programs).
Any suggestions how to prevent this from happening?

Im not sure but I dont think vista is blocking it ... I think Windows Defender is ... I had a prob like this B4 ... check in Windows Defender's allowed items - I hope that helps ...
