Turning Off Thumbnail/Filmstrip Views

Greetings,

I have Windows XP with Microsoft Picture Manager....When I attempt to send jpegs (photos)......I want to send the single photo image only........and eliminate the thumbnail/filmstrip view options........as I do not want everyone to whom I send pics to see my thumbnail cache of recently viewed images. How can I do this? Thank you.

I'm confused... you are sending these in email?

If you just send a single picture in email, it shouldn't send the thumbnails along with it, only if you include the thumbs.db or any other thumbnail view with the email.
