Trouble with Outlook 2010 contacts

The Display as field in the contacts changes automatically.

This is how I save

But this is how it automatically chages

Please do help me to fix this......

can't see the difference ....all you should care about is the output of the contact info.

@scorpion99: Notice the difference in the second pic, there is a space in the starting.
"Testing (testing@example.com)" has been changed as " Testing (testing@example.com)".

This irritates me when I try to create a new email, Whenever I have to send a email to "Testing", I have to start tying in the "To" field of the new email as
" Testing", for outlook to recognize the contact
