Ok here is the deal, i dl a lot of movies and i use utorrent, I recently reformatted my pc and when i installed u torrent i forgot to limit my upload rate and by default it was unlimited, Well to day they cut off internet and when i called they said Paramount pictures says i was sharing (seeding) so the isp tech i seeded to much. So i switched my upload rate to 30kbs, will this help?

Dont know this will help or not, but i suggest u to limit ur upload rate to as low as possible. u can make it 1kbps. The higher the upload limits, the slower is the download rate. remember...

hmm dont know how true that is, my download is unlimited as well as my upload but my download speeds are never super high. that might be a bull story from your ISP about paramount. whats your cap per month?
