tips for micro atx - fitting a video card

I'm putting together a computer for myself and want some advice as I've not used the Micro ATX form factor before.
Namely, if I get a mini-tower micro ATX case, will I have trouble fitting in the video card?

In case you're interested, here are the other things I'm planning to put into this build. I'd welcome your input! It's been a while since I've done this. I'm aiming for <$800 usd total with speakers, monitor, wireless mouse/keyobard. And i'm probably sticking to winXP for now ;)
