Hi everybody,

The picture showing before pressing the key guiding to BIOS:

I have purchased a mother board from a friend of mine. When I have put it in my desktop computer, I saw that this picture whose capture is shown below is shown me.
This picture shows me before the the time when I can press the key guiding to BIOS. However, this picture shows before the the priority of the boot devices ( in other words, it is shown before the booting from the DVD/CD ROM and hard disk drive.
Also, that picture shows the specifications of my computer
It lasts about four minutes.
My question is how the last person set this picture
