Hi, I'm new to the forum. first question ever. I just received from dell my new studio xps8000 with windows 7. I hook up peripherals, and push the power button. RRRRight, let's go . . . .. All I get is "BootMgr id Missing". Why does it do that? What can I do about it? Anything? just call Dell and hope for the best? Geez, I spent a lot of money on that computer . . . . Any helpful suggestions?

Hi manybellsdown, welcome to HTG. If you would like us to help you with your problem then please post it in a new topic as it will get more attention. If as you said, it is a brand new computer then I would call Dell and ask them for a replacement as this should not be happening straight out of a box!! Matt
