This is my second problem (the first one already posted).

Somehow I got infected with the Text-Enable and all the things associated with it (text-enhance.com, jxliu.com, Vibran, facetheme, "Facetheme" or "BetterLinks" (or "Text-Enhance", of course), MyWebSearch, Cookie:ajjudy@atdmt.com/ ... and God only knows what else!).

I find some of these in the cookies of the PRIVACY tab of the INTERNET OPTIONS of the TOOLS TAB on my Mozilla Firefox V10.02 web browser. But the second I delete them, they're right back. I can't find a way to block them permanently.

Also, I understand Mozilla Firefox installs two copies of their web browser, one is invisible. I looked in the two files and couldn't find anything.

This garbage (hyperlinking words on your webpages, Twiter, anything in the browser window and popping up an ad to advertise stuff ... and some of it ain't pretty) has infected everything and I can't get rid of it.

HELP!!!!

Is this issue occurring only in Mozilla Firefox?

Yes, it is occurring on both. I have McAfee, Malware Bytes, SupperAntiSpyware and none of these can rid me of this nuisance. It's on webpages and it's taken over ever spare space on Twitter with ads of gaming, sexual orientation, audio ads and much more. Help!

Two things i have had very good luck with in cleaning systems lately are TDSSKiller and the Microsoft Standalone System Sweeper. If they can't clean it it is time to backup and reload.

If I could block cookies permanently on the web browser, specifically Mozilla Firefox, I think that would solve the problem.

Xhi - Microsoft Standalone System Sweeper wanted to created CDs and all that jazz. Apparently my CDs need to be formatted or are bad. Buy cheap CDs, you get what you buy? Price shouldn't matter. I'll check it tomorrow.

I did download the CCleaner, free version that has no support (!), and it cleaned everything. Let's see if it comes back. I logged onto my Twitter account (@ajjudy) and it's clean. My webwsite (ajjudy.com) is clean. My linkedin account is clean. My web pages seem to be clean. All looks okay.

unimatrix001 - I'll bookmark WafflesatNoon for reference.

Let's see if it stays gone.

I've downloaded so much stuff that I hope I haven't gone over my monthly BB allowance with VW. They love to add $$$ to your bill.

Thanks to each of you and all of you. I'm happy I found this forum. I've spent so much time searching before that I was spent!!!

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
