When using XP with IE7. , I could view Media Files and Flash clips offline from Temp Internet files folder. In Vista, Media and flash clips are not stored in Temporary Internet files folder, only JPG's and GIF files. Any one know why?

I do not know why, but my general idea would be that perhaps Vista is trying to save memory. You could also have a poke around "Internet Settings" to see if anything comes up.
