Additional Notes: The Power supply is 750W because I'll be thinking of buying another EVGA 660Ti SLI-Capable when 1 won't be enough (Future lol)
This computer is to be one that I'll be using probably 8-15 years 6-9 hours a day, so it has to be durable (CPU Fan, Case fans, PSU, etc...)
I'll be buying extra fans for my cases and will change when my parts are old (5 years-10 years)
Any suggestions please come with a link or specify the parts specs decently enough (lol)

Nice going DEvilgodspidER, I would definitely start mine off with a Core it-3750K, as well. Interesting CPU cooler, I never seen that one.

Just curious, did you consider a SSD in the build at any time, I realize price per GB is still a factor, but seems to get better as the years get on.

I agree with fallout330, you just can't beat an SSD for speed, I've got one in my Laptop and PC and there just great. Have another 1TB drive in each that I use for backups and Storage. I've got Windows 8 pro on my PC and use Photoshop a lot. The SSD just makes all the difference.
I know it's another expense but well worth the investment, especially for reliability and speed.

So everything else is good, but you think I should buy an SSD?
Well about the SSD, you can forget it, I'm sorry, I understand the speed factor trust me, but still, I don't see a HUGE advantage in terms of gaming. But if you want, you could tell me if that also improves it (if it only improves like 5%-10%, then I'm not even considering buying it lol)
And about the cooler, I choose it for the price/cooling/bearing type/CFMs, you think I should get something else?

SDD: Very expensive, does it even make any difference in gaming?
H20 CPU Cooler: Mmm, is this better than the TUNIQ and last the same/longer? (I am thinking on overclocking and I DO NOT care about noise levels, although fluid dynamics (from what i researched) is more long lasting. Any different opinions against that?)

The Video Card is Most important in gaming HOWEVER you want the System SSD to load and save like lightning. :)

I run (2) Vertex 4 SSDs in Raid 0 and then do a little O/Cing around 4.8

Then I'm sorry, I'm good with just HDD, and to be honest I don't like SDDs too much. The feeling the information is almost like RAM or something, doesn't appeal much to me... Anything else I should change?

Hehe indeed :P but that's when there's a serious price drop or there are no longer 3.0 USBs xD
One more question though, is that Corsair good enough already or if I can, should buy (from the same series) the following number?

H60 CPU Cooler with 120mm fan gives more CFM through radiator and is a bit less expensive.

All right, I guess that's all ;). I'm still leaving this un-solved in case someone still has some opinions or such.
I'll only be buying this computer on 2013, but I'm getting one part this Christmas!
Oh wait, there is something I could still ask... Hum, Between the Seagate 1TB HDD, Corsair Hydro H80 or the Corsair 2x8 RAM, which one should I ask for?
(This all keeping in mind the discounts, promotions, price-drops, prices until 2013)

Yes, but I must buy something this Christmas, it's the only way I'll ever get this by 2013 Christmas, if not, I'll be only able to get on February-March 2014.

and nope, I've decided to just keep it. I guess they're worthless to anyone...
