Does anyone know how to talk to a real, live human being at MSN and Optonline?
Every time I send an e-mail to MSN with a question, I get a reply that says I have to identify the service I'm asking about, but there is no hint about how to state the question without getting another similar reply.
With Optimum, I can't even figure out how to go beyond the inadequate help screens that I'm led to.
